Can I return a product?
The customer may return the products within 10 business days. The deadline starts from the date of receipt of the material.
Acrylicmade will proceed to the refund of the products returned, as long as the merchandise is in perfect condition. Refunds are made to the payment method made. (For more information please go to: How do I get my refund or exchange?)
However, returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that have been used and enjoyed successfully for an extended period. For example, stop having a need for the product will not qualify. Nor the returns of products that have been printed and/or customized will be accepted.

What is your refund policy?
If you paid by cash, we will return the cash up to $100 USD, and if you paid with a credit or debit card or it will be refunded to the same card.
If you do not have your original receipt, we will do our best to obtain your purchase transaction from our system to process your refund.
What is your product return policy?
The customer may return the products within a period of 14 calendar days. The period begins from the date of receipt of the material. Products that have been printed or modified will not be accepted.
Acrylicmade will proceed to the according refund of the products returned by the buyer, as long as the merchandise is in perfect condition for sale.
However, returns or refunds will not be allowed for products that have been used and enjoyed over a long period of time. For example, ceasing to have a need for the product will not qualify.

Can I return or cancel a customized product?
If the products you bought do not meet your expectations, please contact us to reach a solution.
If a custom order is canceled and the manufacturing process has already begun, the customer will have to pay the expenses generated so far. The client must send an email to contacto@acrylicmade.com with the written consent of the cancellation.
The customer has to carefully review the designs and indicate if any modifications have to be made. Once a sketch is approved, that will be the one that is manufactured and printed. If there are modifications after accepting the sketch, they have an extra cost. Acrylicmade is not responsible if the customer has approved a model with errors.
It is necessary to review the merchandise at the time of delivery. In case of any possible printing or factory error, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can proceed to the best solution.

What quality do your acrylics have?
We always work with the highest quality. The acrylic we use is 100% acrylic and has a guarantee of up to 10 years against yellowing.
Can someone else pick up my order?
If you wish to designate another person to pick up your order, please send an email to your sales agent with a copy of your receipt and written consent, including the full name of the designated person. The person who will collect the order will need to carry a photo ID issued by the government of their country.
I have my own design. Can you manufacture it?
Acrylicmade work under design. Some quality files and formats will be required depending on the work requested. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact your sales agent.

Do you have a delivery service?
We ship throughout the Mexican Republic and abroad. In Acrylicmade we take care of wrapping the material so that they do not suffer any damage.
Orders can go by our parcel: DHL, or, in the parcel at the customer's choice. (The order must be fully paid before shipping)

Do I have to make a down payment to place my order?
Acrylicmade asks a down payment of 60% of the total price, this is required to start the manufacture.
Except for clients with approved credits or prior agreements to purchase.
Do you accept credit or debit card?
We do accept credit and debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer, and cash payments.

Are there different qualities in acrylic?
Yes, you can find 100% acrylic, a mixture of 50% acrylic with 50% plastic and 100% plastic. Acrylicmade always recommend 100% acrylic, since it does not turn yellow over time or splinter, like others, although they are cheaper, they do yellow over time, and they're more fragile.
Do you have a minimum purchase?
There are some products that do require a minimum purchase, it depends on the design and the material chosen. Please contact our sales department.
What is the minimum order for wholesale?

Do you sell acrylic for nails?
At Acrylicmade we do not sell acrylic nails, but we do sell products for display.
How long can you hold my order until I pick it up?
The delivery date that we provide at the time of the order, is the date we expect to receive your order at our delivery point. Please be sure to pick up your order on that date. If the order is not recovered within 10 days after the delivery date, a fee of $ 100 MXN will be charged, since we do not have a storage service available.
How to get my refund or exchange?
For cash payments, Acrylicmade will return up to $ 100 USD, if a debit/credit card was used, the money will be refunded to the debit/credit card. If a check or transfer was used, we will refund the money in cash up to $ 100 USD or through a bank transfer for the total amount.
If you do not have the original receipt and you used a credit/debit card for payment, we will do our best to obtain your purchase transaction from our system, to process your exchange or refund. If the payment was made in cash, and you do not have your ticket, Acrylicmade cannot proceed to make the refund or exchange.
